Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain terms, what personal data NusaSehat collects when you use this website, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or remove it. It covers the contact form, email correspondence, and the small amount of technical information the hosting environment records so the site stays secure and loads reliably.

Data we collect

Nothing is collected quietly for advertising. The list below is the whole of it.

  • Contact form entries

The name and email address you type, plus the content of your message. This is the only data we ask for, and the form will not submit without them.

  • Email correspondence

If you write to [email protected] directly, we receive the same information through that channel, along with anything you choose to include in the message body or attachments.

  • Technical records

Browser type, approximate request time, and the pages visited may be recorded automatically by the hosting environment. These records support security and performance checks; they are not used to build visitor profiles.

  • Correction reports

When you flag an error in an ingredient guide, a comparison table, or a label-reading article, we keep the note and the resolution so the same mistake is not reintroduced later.

  • Topic suggestions

Suggestions for future coverage — say, a request to compare two men's vitamin formulas — are logged for editorial planning. You can send these without giving a name.

How we use your data

Contact form submissions are used solely to review and respond to your message. Correction reports update the affected pages. Topic suggestions are logged for editorial planning. We do not use submitted data for marketing, we do not sell it to third parties, and we do not add email addresses to any mailing list.

Legal basis and consent

By submitting the contact form, you consent to NusaSehat processing the information you provide for the purpose of responding. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the request, and it does not require you to give a reason.

What consent covers

  • Answering your question, including follow-up clarifications if your message is unclear.
  • Correcting an article when your report shows a factual error.
  • Keeping an internal record of what was changed and why.

It does not cover newsletters, promotional email, or sharing your address with any other company.

Data retention

Messages received through the contact form or by email are retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and, where relevant, to maintain the editorial record.

Correction reports and their resolutions may be retained longer, because a fixed article should stay fixed. Data that is no longer needed is deleted rather than archived indefinitely.

Practically: a routine question is cleared once the exchange is finished. A factual correction stays on file for as long as the corrected page stays published, so a future editor can see what was changed.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not share personal data with third parties except when required by applicable Indonesian law or by a lawful request from a competent authority.

This website does not use third-party analytics or advertising services that would receive personal data from visitors. There is no tag that reports your visit to an outside company, and no advertising pixel embedded in these pages.

Where a lawful request does arrive, we disclose only what the request specifically covers, not the whole of our records.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, or object to processing. Send your request to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period and may ask for information to verify your identity before acting — that check exists to protect your data, not to delay you.

  • Access

A summary of the data we hold that is linked to you, usually your form entry or email thread.

Confirmation that the request comes from the address you wrote in, or a reference to your earlier message.

  • Correction

We update an inaccurate name or email address on the record we hold.

A short note describing what should change and why it is wrong.

  • Deletion

We delete the message and the associated address, unless a correction record is still needed for an article we publish.

The email address or message the deletion relates to.

  • Objection

We stop processing the data for that purpose and tell you what we still hold and why, if anything.

The purpose you object to, so the right record is stopped.

Rights requests can be sent in the same message as a correction or an editorial question — there is no separate form to fill in.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies required for basic functionality — keeping a form working correctly, for example. Details of each one are described in the Cookie Policy.

Disabling cookies in your browser may affect site behavior, such as the contact form remembering your entry while you type. It does not prevent you from reading any page, and no article on the site is gated behind a consent choice.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our practices change or if legal requirements shift. The current version is always the one published on this page. Material changes appear in the text itself rather than as a separate announcement, so if you have submitted data, it is worth reviewing this page from time to time.

Questions about anything on this page go to [email protected], or you can use the contact page and choose the data request option.

Do you keep a record of my visit even if I never write to you?

The hosting environment may log basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, for security and performance reasons. That log is not linked to your name or email address, and it is not used to build a profile of your reading habits across other websites.

If I report a mistake in an ingredient guide, is my name published?

No. Corrections are reviewed internally and the article is updated without crediting the reporter. Your name and address stay in the editorial record only, so the change can be traced if the same passage is edited again.

How long does a data request usually take?

We aim to reply within a reasonable period and always during office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. If a request needs an identity check before we can act, we will tell you what is missing rather than leaving the request open.

Does this policy cover the shops I buy supplements from?

No. NusaSehat is a reading and comparison resource — we do not sell natural capsules or any other healthy lifestyle products ourselves. A shop, marketplace, or authorised seller you reach from one of our buying guides handles your purchase data under its own privacy notice, which is worth reading before you order.

Can I read the site without submitting anything at all?

Yes. Every page — ingredient guides, formula comparisons, and label-reading walkthroughs — is open without an account. The contact form exists so you can correct an error or ask a question, not to unlock content.

Ask us about your data

Send a data request, a correction, or a question about how this site handles information, and we will answer during office hours. If you are still weighing which vitamins and minerals for men to read about first, the ingredient guide is a good place to start.
